TOM WARD: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Tom's leadership in forging corporate strategies focusing on exceeding customer expectations creates successes across global geographies, industries, and business environments. His commitment to customer satisfaction drives his vision and versatility in achieving team successes in logistics, operations, marketing, manufacturing, sales, and professional services

Tom has launched two international divisions for Fortune 100/1000 companies, launched a successful IT professional services company, has proven success in turnaround management; successfully reviving a bankrupt manufacturing and professional services company to profitability. He has branded, trademarked, and transformed existing low-performing businesses into global leaders in their field, leading the successful turnaround of a F1000 company services division losing $750M into to a positive $129M result.

 Tom has managed product line and business operations P&L’s up to $900M as well as three successful M&A transactions. Tom has led the successful integration of acquired companies’ global resources into award winning CRM, marketing, operations, sales and services teams. His integration experiences include Citrix, IBM Middleware, JD Edwards, MAPICS, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP and e-commerce environments.


 

bruce heintschel: Director of operations

Bruce is a leading expert in the writing of Crisis Management Plans, Business Continuity Plans, and Evacuation Plans for Fortune 500 companies domestically and internationally. He has experience completing such plans for all 30 of Major League Baseball's ballparks as part of their effort to achieve United States S.A.F.E.T.Y. Act certification.

Bruce l has consulted for numerous Fortune 500 companies and created Security Departments for domestic and foreign organizations.  He has worked with the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of the Interior and the State Department on several classified projects and security assessments on national monuments and federal buildings. He also has been the Consultant/Project Manager on several multimillion dollar technical security projects for chemical and  energy refinery sites around the globe.  He also assisted facilities to become compliant to the federal HIPPA, C-TPAT, and CFATS regulations.  He has also worked with local and federal law enforcement personnel on several projects. Mr. Heintschel has also directed training classes for executive protection, travel security, crisis management and security awareness.

Bruce has also planned, directed, led, and facilitated the secure transportation and evacuation of individuals into or out of regions experiencing natural disasters and political upheaval. 


 

Teddy Hayduk: Director of Strategy & research

In addition to his role with HMG, Teddy is a Doctoral Student and Research Assistant at Texas A&M University. His research track focuses on Business Management and Strategy in the sport industry. Within this broad category, he has covered content in the areas of Classical Management Theory, Strategic Management, Organizational Culture, Leadership Theory and applications, Institutional theory, Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental Responsibility/Green Management, Ecological Economics, and Sport for Development.

Prior to starting doctoral studies at Texas A&M, Teddy worked as a safety and security consultant for Major League Baseball (MLB), completing detailed on-site evaluations of 20 professional ballparks that included structural, mechanical, work force, technological, geophysical, and emergency preparedness components. He also worked as part of a team that constructed, implemented, and maintained all of the physical technology infrastructure for Super Bowl XLVIII's Super Bowl Boulevard in Times Square, Manhattan.

He earned a Masters of Sport Management with an emphasis in Large Venue Safety and Security in 2013 from The University of Southern Mississippi, and a B.S. in Political Science from Florida State University in 2011.
